ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Since our appointments are precisely scheduled, we ask you to arrive around five minutes before your appointment. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your appointment will be kept and will shorten it if necessary.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of your having to cancel or postpone your appointment please advice us minimum 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show or late cancelation, we reserve the right to charge the booked appointment.
